Recently, due to the continuous low temperature rain and snow, it has caused disastrous weather, resulting in the disaster of some special forest seedlings and flowers, which has caused seedlings and flowers to lose 25 million yuan according to incomplete statistics. In view of the current severe weather, in order to minimize the losses caused by rain and snow low temperature weather, the following technical measures are put forward for reference:

First, strengthen the flower greenhouse when robbing. Measures such as strengthening the vertical pole and increasing support should be taken in time to increase the compressive capacity of the shed.

Second, sweep the snow from the roof in time. According to the local weather forecast and snowfall, sweep the snow from the roof in time to reduce the snow pressure and keep the shed.

Third, coverage protection. For cold-resistant seedlings, it is best to cover a layer of sunshade net, or cover straw to reduce the cold wind directly invading the tender shoots of seedlings.

Fourth, irrigation is anti-freezing, irrigation once before the cold spell can stabilize the ground temperature, supply water during the overwintering period of seedlings, and effectively prevent dry freezing; post-freezing irrigation should be carried out at noon on a sunny day, so as to make the frozen protruding topsoil layer sink and ensure that the roots of the seedlings are in close contact with the soil.

Fifth, self-rescue measures after the disaster.

1. For the damaged flower greenhouse, we should seize time to repair and strengthen the greenhouse skeleton and greenhouse film, remove snow immediately, reduce the pressure on the greenhouse body, increase the light transmittance of the film body, and increase the greenhouse temperature.

2. Under the premise of ensuring personal safety, shake snow and remove ice and snow to some valuable seedlings.

3. After the temperature rises and the snow melts, dredge the ditch in time, remove the stagnant water as soon as possible, and try to lower the groundwater level.
