"look at these cucumbers and eggplant, one yuan each." my mother's face is full of excitement and joy. These should be the most successful trophies of going to the market today.

When I touch the shiny purple skin of eggplant and the curved and firm flesh, I really admire the wonder and beauty of nature. Of course, without my mother's diligence and carefulness and years of experience in buying vegetables in the market, how can I buy good and cheap ingredients? It really moves my index finger to think that there will be one of my favorite eggplant stew on the dinner table tonight.

It takes about ten minutes to ride straight along Anbei Road from my hometown in Chongyi Family Village to Anping Market (Life Road). Because of the convenient location, my mother goes to the market almost every day to buy fresh ingredients, especially seafood shipped from the fish market in the early morning. and vegetables stained with dew, and so on. In the rotation of the four seasons, there are different wonderful performances on the dinner table at home-sweet and sour yellow croaker, steamed cod, yam stewed chicken soup, fried potatoes, fried pig liver with spinach and so on.

Whenever the family can come up with dishes, my mother always finds a way to come up with them. This is really a great skill, if my mother is the great magician at home, then Anping market is a good place to provide us with joy and love.

As my parents grew old and moved to live with my eldest brother in Taipei, visiting Anping Market became a memory trip for me, or more like nostalgia. Always say hello to the old stall where my mother often goes, and then start thinking about how many things to buy today. As for the price, it's good to be fresh and delicious. If my mother sees it at this time, she will surely repeat the words about how to save several times.

As for how to describe your current grocery shopping trip-it naturally starts with the lively life road on both sides like the bazaar. Because it is located in the downtown area and connects with important old streets such as Yanping Street and Zhongzhong Street, the historic area is not far from here, so there are naturally a large number of people coming and going, coupled with the needs of local residents, so it can attract vendors of all types to gather here.

Small farmers or medium-sized vegetable wholesale stalls selling fruits and vegetables show interesting pictures of shopping and bargaining every day. Other stalls from all over the world are delicious and fun, ranging from traditional table cakes, handmade bread cakes, fresh fruit juices such as mulberry and sugar cane, household daily necessities and beautiful clothes and shoes, and so on. Everyone's struggle for a living looks like a vivid picture of the floating world. Today, I actually saw the stall selling Meinong white radish. I really liked the lovely appearance. I bought a big bag. Besides myself, I planned to give it to my neighbors and friends.

As for the historic old market (dating back to four BC), you have to go to the intersection of Bingsheng Road and Zhongxing Street, turn right and you can see a two-story medium-sized market. At present, in order to improve the impression of the traditional market as hot, humid and messy, it has been reorganized, with eye-catching signboards on the outer walls arranged neatly, and horse lights shining new messages from time to time at the entrance. This is the latest situation of Anping traditional market, modern, clean and air-conditioned.

Although it is not as lively and varied as the vendors on the road, it is much more comfortable to buy food. Moreover, the vendors are also classified to the first and second floor according to management. For example, vegetables such as fish, pigs and chicken are located on the second floor, and daily necessities and snacks are located on the first floor, so that the fishy smell of meat can only be smelled on the second floor. Other things to buy will be found efficiently on the first floor.

Vendors have been doing business here for years, so most of them have familiar faces, and their simple and honest faces and cordial greetings are very pleasant. Customers naturally start to talk to each other, and I don't dislike those who ask questions in broken Taiwanese. On the contrary, they will make a little joke about how I choose good fresh ingredients.

But the most impressive thing is an uncle who sells pheasants on the second floor. His booth is always full of people. Guess why. Why is it so popular? Because the uncle doubles as a "child's wife", more people ask questions than buy chicken. I have been with my mother several times, naturally also took some spells, with hot water to drink the taste is really special, as for the effectiveness of that there are different opinions.

The market in the building has an autonomous meeting and three staff members. The president himself is a native of Anping. Before retiring, he set up a stall to sell fish on the second floor, and his wife also sold hot pot materials on the first floor. Simple and dark, he has been president for nine years. When he helped me collect information and answer some questions, he kept saying, "write it well." when the secretary discussed some existing difficulties with him, the lovely president did not forget to remind me, "Don't write bad." Take a look at yourself, probably make some suggestions or observation of the phenomenon.

At present, online marketing may be the part that most needs manpower to join. Although the office has computers, it is a pity that it has stopped because of lack of experience and technology. The number of stalls on the first floor has been decreasing one after another in recent years. On the road of life, two fruit and vegetable vendors were very enthusiastic and exchanged some experiences with me. The main premise is that the economy shrinks and the unemployment rate increases, resulting in a reduction in the willingness of buyers to spend, so vendors have to cut prices and promote sales.

On the surface, the buyer got a bargain, but at the expense of years of hard work and hard work of fruit farmers, it is lucky to be able to feed and take care of their families. Looking at the vicissitudes of life in their eyes, I was a little sad, which required a strong consensus between the government and the people to improve it. So, with a little effort, I bought more fruits and vegetables and promised them that they would come and visit them often. I don't want the market I like so much to disappear.

Recently, COSCO has also set up a store in the Central and Western District of Tainan, and the marketing method of applying for a VIP card has been very successful. at that time, the hottest topic among female compatriots was "have you applied for a card?"-- I was moved, but I didn't do it after all. I still like to visit my own Anping market, with a unique style, warm and interesting vendors, and the experience my mother left me. When I was about to leave the market, I thought about stewing a pot of spareribs and radish soup, as if my mother's voice floated in my ear, "the radish is cold and should be put properly; if the soup is simmered slowly over a low heat, the soup will smell good"-- well, I see.
