I. Raw material requirements

II. Processing site requirements

1. There must be no potential places where insects thrive in large numbers. 3. The road in the factory area should be paved with hard pavement to prevent stagnant water and dust.

III. Requirements for processing facilities

1. The factory area should be arranged reasonably, and the processing area should be separated from the living area and office area. two。 The connection between the building, equipment layout and technological process is reasonable, the factory building is spacious and clean, adapts to the production scale, and can meet the production process and quality and health requirements. 3. The factory conforms to the relevant provisions of the Environmental Protection Law of the people's Republic of China, the Design Standard of Industrial Enterprises, the Food Hygiene Law of the people's Republic of China and the Fire Protection Law. 4. The water supply system should be able to meet the needs of production, and the production water must meet the provisions of GB5749 "drinking Water Standard". 5. The machinery and equipment used for processing shall conform to the quality standards prescribed by the State. 7. The equipment setting should meet the process requirements, the layout is reasonable, and the connection between the upper and lower processes is compact. Parts of processing equipment that are in direct contact with tea shall not be made of lead and lead-antimony alloy, lead bronze, manganese brass, lead brass, cast aluminum and aluminum alloy. 8. The processing plant is equipped with corresponding facilities for changing clothes, washing, lighting, preventing flies, rodents, cockroaches, sewage discharge, garbage and waste storage. Cleaning facilities shall be set up at the entrance of the workshop and at the appropriate location within the workshop. 9. Allow the use of natural materials such as stone, bamboo, rattan, odorless wood and utensils and tools made of stainless steel and food-grade plastic. All utensils and tools should be cleaned and used. 10. Production machinery and equipment, tools, containers, work tables and floors shall be repaired and cleaned before and after processing, and tea shall not be contaminated.

IV. Hygienic requirements for processing workshops

1. The environment inside and outside the processing workshop should be kept clean and tidy. two。 Mechanical equipment, equipment, facilities, water supply and drainage systems should ensure normal operation and cleanliness. 3. The factory area should carry out disinfestation and disinfestation work regularly or when necessary, and effective measures should be taken to prevent the accumulation and breeding of rodents, mosquitoes, flies, insects, etc. 4. There should be sufficient raw materials, accessories, finished products and semi-finished products warehouse or site. Raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products shall be placed separately and shall not be mixed. Sundries of the means of production should not be stacked in the processing workshop. 5. Processing, packaging, factory buildings, sites, the ground should be hard, flat, smooth, walls free of dirt. The processing and packaging site should be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected at least once before the tea season.

5. Requirements of processing personnel

1. Processing personnel should be trained before taking up the post, and have training records to master processing technology and operation skills. two。 Before taking up the post and every year, the processing personnel shall have a health check and obtain a health certificate before they can take up the post. 3. Processors should maintain personal hygiene and wash hands, change clothes, change shoes and wear hats when entering the workplace. Smoking and spitting are strictly prohibited in processing and packaging places, and meals and snacks are strictly prohibited in processing and packaging places. 4. VI. Processing requirements of peasant households

1. Processing equipment, appliances and appliances should be placed neatly and kept clean. Cleaning should be done at least once a day during processing. 3. Processing pots and stoves should be for special use, and daily cooking utensils should not be used to process tea.
